Before you choose a time, I’ll ask a few questions so I can understand the business, what kind of help you may need, and whether this is likely to be a useful conversation.
You do not have to solve the whole business before asking for help.
You only need to know that the way things are working now is not the way you want them to keep working.
What to expect
This is a conversation about fit and the clearest place to begin.
We’ll talk about:
- What you are trying to accomplish
- What feels difficult, stuck, or harder than it should
- What you have already tried
- Where too much still depends on you
- Who is currently available to carry out the work
- What kind of leadership or support may be needed
You do not need to prepare a presentation or arrive with every answer.
If it looks like we’re a good fit to work together, I’ll recommend the most appropriate next step.
What this is not:
- A full business analysis
- A completed roadmap
A Strategy Call is not a full business analysis or completed roadmap. Deeper analysis and strategy happen after the appropriate engagement begins.
