You do not have to solve the whole business before asking for help.
You only need to know that the way things are working now is not the way you want them to keep working.
What to expect
This is a conversation about fit and the clearest place to begin.
We will talk about:

- What feels difficult, stuck, or harder than it should
- What you have already tried
- Where too much still depends on you
- Who is currently available to carry out the work
- What kind of leadership or support may be needed
You do not need to prepare a presentation or arrive with every answer.
If we are the right fit, we will explain the most appropriate next step.

- A completed roadmap
