Our origin

The next evolution of EYW Marketing & Design.

EYW began as a marketing and design company focused on helping service-based businesses improve visibility through websites, branding, SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.

But over time, one pattern became impossible to ignore: most businesses were not struggling because they lacked effort, ideas, or marketing activity — they were struggling because marketing, operations, execution, and leadership were no longer working together.

Before The Embedded Analyst, Kelly founded and grew EYW Marketing & Design, where she specialized in helping service-based businesses improve analysis, alignment, and execution.

Her background is not purely academic and not purely marketing-based. She has been the business owner responsible for revenue, client experience, service delivery, operations, retention, and team coordination. That is why her analysis looks beyond marketing tactics.

At The Embedded Analyst, Kelly leads the initial strategic analysis and growth architecture for client engagements — identifying the hidden gaps between marketing, operations, execution, leadership, and scalability systems.
